CW Holdings and Vulcan View Partners have purchased the former Alamerica Bank Building at 2170 Highland Avenue in Birmingham’s historic Five Points South neighborhood.
CW Holdings is comprised of shareholders from Cory Watson Attorneys, and Vulcan View Partners is comprised of principals from Iron Mountain Insurance and Iron Mountain Investments.

Cory Watson Attorneys has been located at their headquarters on the corner of Magnolia Avenue South and 22nd Street South since 1996, and the purchase extends their footprint in Five Points South.
