The United States District Court Southern District of California appointed R. Andrew “Andy” Jones of Cory Watson Attorneys as Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in MDL 3125, In re: AngioDynamics, Inc., and Navilyst Medical, Inc., Port Catheter Products Liability Litigation.

Andy Jones joined Cory Watson Attorneys as a summer law clerk in 2011 and has since helped obtain millions in settlements for clients. Within three years of becoming an attorney, he was tapped as lead attorney of the firm’s Asbestos Practice and now litigates cases involving defective pharmaceutical products and medical devices, as well as injuries from toxic contamination. Jones has been recognized for his contributions to the legal field with numerous honors, including being named to Super Lawyers: Rising Stars, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, and America’s Top 100 Attorneys. Among his accomplishments and awards, Jones has been a voice of influence as the Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and as a contributing writer for the American Association for Justice’s Newsletter.
Jones earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law. He is admitted to the State Bars of Alabama and Tennessee and is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Courts of Alabama and Tennessee, and multiple U.S. District Courts.
