Nicole’s journey to becoming a lawyer was born from her hands-on experience in the legal field. As a paralegal, she discovered her love for law and an unshakable drive to grow professionally. That spark led her to law school, where she earned top honors, including the award for Best Oral Advocate at the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition.
For Nicole, being a personal injury lawyer is about more than case outcomes—it’s about making people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to give a voice to people like her: hardworking, humble individuals who deserve strong advocacy when life takes an unexpected turn.
As she puts it:
“I want people to feel comfortable coming to me for help when they need it. I never want to seem out of touch.”
Originally from Haleyville, Alabama, Nicole proudly carries her small-town values into her legal practice. She and her husband settled in the area to stay close to family and community. Together, they’re raising two young boys who keep them constantly on the move.
When she’s not in the courtroom or meeting with clients, Nicole is cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide or spending time outdoors with her family. She enjoys hunting, trips to the lake and beach, and chasing her boys from field to court across the state for their many sports. Her home is filled with energy—from her children to her dog and four chickens—and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Nicole draws daily inspiration from her parents, who showed her that with hard work and belief in yourself, anything is possible.
