Her passion for representing injured individuals began long before law school. As a college student, Chrissy traveled to Sacramento, California, to assist victims of the devastating Camp Fire. Working alongside attorneys representing survivors, she helped families document the personal belongings they had lost—many of which carried irreplaceable memories built over a lifetime. Seeing firsthand the impact that corporate negligence could have on entire communities solidified her desire to become a trial lawyer and advocate for those facing unimaginable loss.
Chrissy's inspiration to pursue law also stems from a high school project and the mentorship of attorney Steven Campora, whose work representing victims of major California wildfires demonstrated the profound difference attorneys can make in people's lives.
Today, Chrissy brings that same passion to every client she represents. She believes that a personal injury attorney's role is to be both an advocate and a source of stability during life's most challenging circumstances. By carrying the legal burden for her clients, she allows them to focus on what matters most—healing and moving forward.
A former collegiate softball player, Chrissy attended the University of West Alabama in Livingston, where she built lifelong friendships while competing at a high level. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law before beginning her legal career in Birmingham.
Her own experience recovering from reconstructive arm surgery gives her a unique perspective when working with injured clients. Having endured physical therapy, recovery, and the frustration of temporarily losing her independence, Chrissy understands many of the physical and emotional challenges her clients experience after a serious injury. That personal experience strengthens her commitment to serving every client with empathy, patience, and determination.
Outside of the office, Chrissy enjoys reading, painting, spending time at the lake with friends, and staying active through recreational softball and kickball leagues. She also enjoys giving hitting lessons to young softball players whenever she has the opportunity, continuing her passion for mentoring the next generation of athletes. Chrissy is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama State Bar.
Whether advocating inside or outside the courtroom, Chrissy is committed to standing beside her clients every step of the way and helping them regain a sense of control during difficult times.
