Shorter, AL (October 4, 2021) – Authorities in Macon County were requested at the scene of a traffic-related incident on Monday afternoon that ended in injuries and delays. On October 4, the Alabama Department of Transportation reported that a crash took place on Interstate 85.
Reports from the ADOT indicate that a collision between three vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 85 near mile marker 2.12. The crash caused moderate delays in the area just past exit 22 to Shorter.
At least one person was treated for injuries as a result of this accident.
