Truck Accidents in Alabama
Accidents involving large commercial vehicles, such as18-wheelers, often result in serious injuries and death. Victims who are driving smaller vehicles, such as passenger cars, are at great risk when they are involved in an accident with a larger vehicle. Following an Alabama truck accident, victims and family members are often left dealing with the devastating effects of the crash. This can cause great anxiety when you are unsure where to turn next.
The first step following a commercial truck accident is to determine liability for the accident. Determining liability can be complicated in certain situations and requires looking over every aspect of the crash in order to decide exactly what took place. In many cases, both the driver and the trucking company can be held accountable for the negligent actions of the truck driver. In any event, an experienced attorney can help decide the best course of action.
