Car Accidents in Pinson

Car accidents in Alabama take place approximately every three minutes. This means that drivers are constantly at risk of being involved in a crash when they are on the roadways. Car accidents take place throughout our state in a variety of areas, both urban and rural, on busy city streets and on quiet neighborhood roadways. Drivers must always remain alert and aware of their surroundings in order to reduce their chances of being involved in a potentially serious crash.

Being vigilant, however, is not always enough to stop a crash from occurring. The presence of negligent motorists on the roadways ensures that, unfortunately, some accidents will still happen. Drivers who break traffic laws and speed or drive recklessly are still the main cause of most car accidents in our state. Impairment and distraction also contribute to many serious crashes. Police must carefully investigate each accident in order to determine the cause and which driver should be held responsible.
