Not all of these accidents will result in injuries, but many of them do. Car accident victims can suffer from serious injuries, including broken bones, scars, soft tissue injuries, including strains and sprains, and head trauma. The effects of a car accident are often felt for many weeks and months following the initial collision. Car accident victims can easily find themselves facing thousands of dollars in medical bills and a long road to recovery.
Under Alabama law, if you have been hurt in a crash that was not your fault, you may be entitled to compensation. The majority of car accidents are caused by negligent drivers.
