Montgomery Injury Accidents
Injury crashes can take place very suddenly and unexpectedly. Following an Alabama car accident, you likely have many questions about what happens next. During this time, it is normal to feel anxious and overwhelmed about your future. As the medical bills begin to pile up, the future becomes murky and unclear. It may seem unfair, especially if you were simply an innocent victim that was minding your own business when you were involved in an accident.
If you feel this way, you are not alone. Each year, more than 40,000 people are hurt in car accidents that take place across Alabama. Many of these accident victims are injured in crashes that are not their fault. If you or a loved one were injured in a crash, the law provides a remedy for you, including recovery for your pain and suffering, lost wages, medical bills, and more.

Unfortunately, this settlement usually favors only the insurance company and allows them to settle your claim as quickly and cheaply as possible.
