Car Accidents in Huntsville

There is nothing more devastating than the sudden loss of a loved one or sustaining a serious injury in a car accident. The Alabama Department of Transportation reports that nearly 1,000 people die every year in Alabama car accidents. In addition, many thousands more are injured, some of them critically. A car accident in Alabama normally takes place very unexpectedly. No one ever gets into a vehicle believing that they will be killed or injured on the roadway that day. However, due to the actions of negligent drivers, serious accidents happen all the time.

Following a Huntsville car accident, it is important to know that you could be entitled to compensation for your injuries. If you tragically lost your loved one in the accident, you may be able to receive a recovery on their behalf. Alabama personal injury law provides victims with a remedy to recover money for damages sustained at the hands of negligent drivers.
