Cory Watson Founders Named to Birmingham Business Journal’s 2021 Who’s Who in Law

Cory Watson Attorneys’ founding Principals and Managing Shareholders Ernest Cory and Leila Watson, were named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2021 Who’s Who in Law. The annual list features key leaders in Birmingham’s legal world.

“Birmingham’s legal community is vibrant and competitive, and we are honored to be recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal again this year,” said Cory.

In addition to leading the strategic growth of the firm, Ernest Cory also chairs the firm’s nationally recognized Class Action and Mass Torts Practice. He is widely recognized among the legal community, earning numerous nationwide awards from Best Lawyers and other industry awards.

Cory is actively involved in the Birmingham business community as a Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation, and the BBJ has ranked Cory Watson Attorneys as one of Birmingham’s Largest Law Firms.

Leila Watson has dedicated her life to helping people through the law. As a co-founder and principal of Cory Watson Attorneys, she has practiced with Ernest Cory for more than 35 years. She has provided unparalleled counsel to her clients and great servant leadership to the firm.
