Alabama Injury Accidents
Alabama’s roadways can be a very dangerous place for motorists. According to statistics maintained by the Alabama Department of Transportation, there were nearly 150,000 reported traffic crashes in 2019. Just over 1% of these accidents involved off-road and other non-traditional vehicles such as ATVs. Sadly, nearly 1,000 people also lost their lives in these reported crashes. A crash involving an ATV is often very serious in nature. This is due to the fact that ATVs do not offer much protection from the impact of a crash. Also, these vehicles tend to roll over, leaving occupants trapped and in danger of serious head and upper body injuries.
After an Alabama traffic accident, you may feel as though you are facing an uncertain future. This is especially true if you have lost a loved one in the crash. A fatal accident can leave you feeling devastated and hopeless as there is nothing more difficult than the sudden and tragic loss of a loved one. Obtaining the services of skilled counsel can help you get through this time and can also assist you in obtaining compensation as a result of the accident.
