Deadly Car Accidents in Alabama
The unexpected death of a loved one and close family member is a devastating experience. In 2019, more than 900 people were tragically killed in Alabama car accidents. Your loved one’s death can be even more catastrophic when they lose their lives due to the actions of a negligent driver. More than 90% of all car accidents in the United States occur because of negligent drivers. These numbers show us the dangers of the roadways and also underscore the fact that most accidents are preventable but for human error and carelessness.
After a fatal crash, you are likely to have many questions about your situation. While you are suffering through this difficult time, you may also find that you are in need of financial compensation. From funeral and medical bills to the sudden loss of an income, the death of a loved one can put you in a difficult spot. While no amount of money can fully compensate you for your loss, a wrongful death settlement can help you offset some of the unexpected expenses that you are facing at this time.
