Trussville, AL (December 16, 2021) – Police in Trussville responded to the scene of a deadly crash that took place in Trussville on Thursday morning. The accident took place on Interstate 59 near mile marker 141.
According to a report from the scene, the accident involved a pickup truck and a garbage truck. At this time, it is not clear how the accident took place or whether the deceased victim was in the pickup truck or the garbage truck. There is no word on exactly how the accident took place although officials believe that road construction may have played a role. The identity of the deceased individual has not been released.
