Pine Hill, AL (November 27, 2021) – Two teenagers were involved in a serious car accident near Pine Hill on Thursday, November 25th. The crash took place around 8:00 p.m. on Alabama Highway 25.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency responded to the crash scene. According to troopers, a 16-year-old was operating a vehicle on Alabama 25 when their car collided with another vehicle. The 16-year-old was ejected and died at the crash scene. A 13-year-old passenger in the same vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for serious injuries. There were no additional injuries reported in the collision.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area while officers investigated at the scene. It is not clear whether any charges are expected.
