Montgomery, AL (December 17, 2021) – A pedestrian in Montgomery was killed in a crash that took place on Wednesday, December 15th. The accident happened around 5:15 p.m. on Norman Bridge Road near the intersection with Felder Avenue.
According to Capt. Saba Coleman, the 65-year-old man pedestrian was walking near the road when he was hit by a car in the Old Cloverdale area. The pedestrian was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the car was not hurt. The crash resulted in the roadway being closed for several hours while police investigated at the scene. There is no word on whether any charges will be filed.
