Alabama Car Accidents
Being involved in an Alabama car accident is a life-changing experience for many victims. Depending on the severity of the accident, the injuries received by victims can linger for months and even years after the crash. Drivers who choose to operate their vehicle in a reckless and dangerous manner place the health and safety of all other motorists at risk. This means that innocent crash victims can be affected in an instant when they come into contact with a negligent driver.
There were more than 150,000 reported car accidents in Alabama last year. About 50,000 of these accidents resulted in injuries, many of them involving serious injuries. The cause of each accident must be carefully investigated in order to determine which driver should be held responsible. In Alabama, injured individuals must be completely free from fault in order to recover for their injuries. Insurance companies will often try to blame accident victims for contributing to the crash in order to avoid paying claims.
