Huntsville, AL (November 19, 2021) – One person lost their life in a two-vehicle crash in Huntsville on Thursday, November 18th. The accident took place on Interstate 565 near the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
According to Don Webster of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, the injured victim was pronounced dead at the crash scene. At this time, there is no word on the events that led up to the collision. The victim’s identity has not been revealed at this time. The road was closed for several hours while officials investigated at the scene. Police have not said whether anyone else was injured as a result of the crash. It is not clear if any charges will be filed. Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
