About Adam W. Pittman
An attorney with the firm since 2013, Adam W. Pittman is a lawyer with a passion for helping clients navigate the highly technical and complex legal issues that arise in product liability and class action cases. Admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2011, he specializes in litigating automotive defects and fights to hold powerful corporations accountable for consumer fraud. Pittman handles complex litigation throughout the country, and was part of the successful trial team in Cruz v. Nissan North America, where a Los Angeles County jury awarded plaintiffs a $24.9 million verdict. He earned his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law, where he was Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Pittman serves as a junior board member for the Crisis Center of Birmingham, and is actively involved in the Emerging Leaders section of the Alabama Association for Justice.

A driven advocate for his clients, J. Curt Tanner fights for justice in personal injury, civil litigation, motor vehicle accident and mass tort cases. A member of the firm since 2016, he represents personal injury clients across the state of Alabama as well as Tennessee. Tanner began his legal career by representing individuals against some of the largest banks and investment firms in the world.
