Turnbull was also named Co-Chair of the Cory Watson Complex Litigation Department. He brings to the firm more than a decade of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on wrongful death, product liability, business litigation, and insurance bad faith. He has successfully represented clients in numerous cases resulting in jury verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million dollars.

Brett Turnbull lives in Birmingham, Alabama, and has practiced personal injury law in Alabama since 2005. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Turnbull received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. He is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Super Lawyers.
Turnbull has served on the Alabama Board of Governors of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and is active in numerous professional organizations including the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
