Birmingham Pedestrian Crash
Pedestrian crashes are some of the most serious types of accidents that occur in Alabama. Pedestrians have no protection from the impact of a serious crash and thus they are highly likely to be killed or seriously injured when they are involved in a crash with a vehicle. Each year across our state, there are thousands of people who are hurt in Alabama pedestrian accidents. In 2019, more than 100 people were killed in pedestrian accidents on our roadways. These pedestrians were often innocent victims who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time when the crash occurred.
