Albertville, AL (September 14, 2021) – One local man has lost his life following an accident early Monday morning, September 13th.Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene on Alabama State Route 75 at around 5:52 a.m.
Reports from local authorities indicate that a 60-year-old man was driving south on Alabama 75 when his vehicle collided with a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder near Turnpike Road. The impact of the crash caused the man’s vehicle to spin and overturn, ejecting the man from his vehicle.
Authorities arrived at the scene to render aid to the victims. However, the man succumbed to his injuries.
Two people were transported to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
