Cory Watson Attorneys is proud to support the mission of Grace Works with a donation of brand-new bicycle helmets to encourage bicycle safety.
Serving inner-city children since 2013, Grace Works is a ministry of Grace Episcopal Church, Woodlawn. The program helps kids learn job and life skills while enjoying safe summer fun. After a lesson on road safety and cycling etiquette, our attorneys and staff stepped in to fit each camper with their own appropriately-sized bicycle helmet. Campers enjoyed riding through an obstacle course and testing out their new cycling skills.
By serving as volunteers for important programs such as Grace Works, our firm aims to promote the importance of injury prevention. A traumatic brain injury can be devastating, and it is our mission to keep the kids in our community safe by giving them access to this critical piece of safety equipment.
Cory Watson’s Helmets for Kids Program provides bicycle helmets at no cost to children in the community. Since the program’s inception in 2012, it has donated thousands of helmets to Birmingham area children.
